Bread n Butter Baking Class

This is a hybrid class: intro to both bread making and butter making. The bread portion will lean towards an intro to sourdough course, however we will also discuss (and demo) other styles of bread. The butter portion of the class will be a light into to dairy, as you cannot have butter without the whole cow. We will be making both fresh bread and fresh butter, which we will enjoy together at the end of the class.
